The Storm Cloud sequel to The Man in the Clouds takes place in a small happy town near the mountains.  In the story, a storm cloud appears to warn the people of an impending danger, the man in the red suit.  To combat this threat, the man in the clouds catches the attention of one mother to find a solution to the danger which has engulfed the town.
